At Green Garden Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- To initiate a return, please email us at tim.heinisch@outlook.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
3. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tim.heinisch@outlook.com with photos of the item.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund for damaged or incorrect items.
